Opening up Storage Space

 On this project the owners recognized that below their very feet lay an area that was of fantastic value to their home. With some creative space planning, they were able to add a complete master bedroom-master bathroom. At the same time with the addition of an open riser steel stringer stair, they were able to merge the two areas and benefit from the light and space of a new window wall system. In the end with a little excavation, the dark and confining lower area became something of tremendous benefit.
