- Keep Owners informed detailed weekly meeting minutes.
- Detailed Estimating and Cost Reports
- Quality control checklists and Subcontractor quality controls.
- Schedule updates and projections
- Provide on-site and off-site construction supervision by personnel well experienced in high-end residential construction projects.
- Work with the Owner's Architect to fine tune field situations requiring attention.
- Conduct jobsite meetings with the Owner's Construction Manager, Architect and key Subcontractors to ensure proper attention to detail.
- Review subcontractor's application for payment.
- Maintain detailed project job records and, when necessary, as-built drawings.
POST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
- Warranty and Product Information Binders
- Punch list check lists and evaluations
- Prompt follow-up on any fine tuning required after move-in.
